How it Works:
A solar water heating system has 3 main steps.
1st, solar collectors outside capture sunlight, heating liquid inside the collector.
2nd, heat from the liquid is transferred into the hot water.
3rd, the heated water is stored in an insulated tank until you need it According to the US Department of Energy, use of solar water heating should decrease your water heating bills by 50-80%.
